Buffalo Brothers manufactures an extensive variety of custom handgun grips for Remington, Ruger, Colt SAA and clones, Schofield, and many more popular single action revolvers.  We also carry a large assortment of stag grips.   Many of our designs are copied from a variety of old grips from the 30's, 40's and 50's.  Our selection also features many original designs.

Style and Finish

Our industry-leading grips are available in four main finishes:  White, Ivory, Old Ivory and Black.  Each finish is available in variations of streaking or antique appearance.  In order to add even more personality to your custom grip, you may also order it with or without a crack.  The photo below depicts some common grip finishes:

Fitting Information

All of our grips are semi-custom, manufactured at our facilities to close specifications in order to insure a good fit to your gun.  Some sanding and drilling may be required to fit our grips.  All grips are shipped as one-piece grips, unless the gun specifically requires screw mounting.  For those who are not do-it-yourselfers, we offer in-house grip fitting service.  If you live outside of the state of Arizona and choose to have us fit your grips we will need to return your gun to you through a licensed FFL dealer.  You will need to provide us with a copy of the dealers FFL License and you will be responsible for any fees that he may charge for that service.

Yes, for those who are not do-it-yourselfers, we offer in-house grip fitting service.

If you wish to have your grips fitted at the time of purchase, the cost is $125 which covers your grips and fitting services, as long as the gun is sent at the time of the order.  There is a $30 charge for return shipping, handling, and insurance.  If you live outside of the state of Arizona and choose to have us fit your grips we will need to return your gun to you through a licensed FFL dealer.  You will need to provide us with a copy of the dealers FFL License and you will be responsible for any fees that he may charge for that service.  Turnaround time ranges from two to four weeks.  Any other fitting is considered custom and may involve additional fees or restrictions - please call us for details.

Guarantee

All our grips come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  You can return them for any reason (i.e. color, shape, etc.), as long as they have not been altered.  Grips returned in the same unaltered condition, suitable for resale, can also be exchanged.  Grips paid for by credit card are subject to our standard 10% restocking fee.

Additional Information

In addition to manufacturing the custom handgun grips on our site, we also provide grips to other gun manufacturers for their factory production models, including: Ruger, AWA, EMF, Cimarron, and Cobra Arms.  While our selection consists mainly of cowboy action shooting products, we intend to branch off into products for automatics, Smith & Wessons, and home protection guns.

We have been making our grips since the mid-1990's.  Our grips are made of polyurethane (also known as resin), which we treat to get the finished color and antique look that our grips are renowned for.  Over five years of research and development went into our grips before they were introduced to the marketplace.  We even patented the formula used to create the resin for our grips.
